- Sign-up and sign-in details: when you create an account and each time you sign in, our servers record a shortened IP address (the last part removed), a one-way code made from the full address so we can tell when several accounts use the same network, the approximate country, region and city provided by our hosting provider, your browser, operating system and device type, and the website or campaign link that brought you to us. We do not store your full IP address.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:

- Send technical notices, updates, and support messages
- Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues
- Protect accounts and payments from fraud and abuse, including automated risk checks that our team reviews. These checks never close or change an account on their own.
3. Data Storage and Security
We use Firebase for secure data storage. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.
4. AI-Generated Content
Content generated using our AI tools is stored temporarily to provide the service. We do not use your generated content to train AI models or share it with third parties.
5. Third-Party Services
To generate content, we send your prompt and the inputs you provide to the AI model providers we work with. Smart routing picks a suitable model for each task, so a request may be processed by any of these providers, either directly or through an AI routing service. Payments are handled by PayPal. Automated risk checks are scored by a decision service that receives account facts such as your name, email address, approximate location and purchase and usage history, but not your IP address or payment details. These services have their own privacy policies governing their use of your information.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. You can request deletion of your account at any time.
Sign-in records are deleted automatically after 90 days. The summary of your sign-up and latest sign-in is deleted automatically 12 months after your last sign-in.
