7-Day Refund Policy
Customers may request a refund within 7 days of the original purchase date.
Refunds are only available for purchases whose credits have not been used. Each AI run is paid to our AI providers at the moment it happens, so once credits from a purchase have been used, that purchase cannot be refunded.
If you believe a charge was made in error or experience an issue with the service, please contact our support team within this 7-day period to request a refund.
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Runs that fail are refunded in credits automatically and do not need a request.
