  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Credits and Payment

Our services operate on a credit-based system:

  • Credits are purchased through our payment provider (Polar.sh)
  • Different AI tools consume different amounts of credits
  • Credits are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase
  • Purchased credits are non-transferable and non-exchangeable
  • Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content

7. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you generate using our AI tools. However, you acknowledge that similar content may be generated for other users as the AI model is not exclusive to you.

  • Perform maintenance and updates
  • Suspend accounts that violate these terms

9. Limitation of Liability

SprynAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the past 12 months.

10. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by our AI tools is provided "as is" without warranties. You are responsible for:

  • Reviewing and editing generated content
  • Ensuring accuracy and appropriateness
  • Compliance with applicable laws when using the content
  • Fact-checking any information in generated content

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and any remaining credits will be forfeited.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
